What if your job simply doesn’t fit anymore?
QUESTION
How do you make professional growth feel relevant to people who all want something different from their careers?
WHY
Some people want to move up. Others want to change direction or dive deeper into what they already know. Different ambitions, but one thing in common: they’ve reached a point where their current situation no longer fits.
The ceiling was figurative. Until we built it.

We created three archetypes: De Opscholer, De Omscholer and De Verdieper — each representing a different way of moving forward.
Instead of explaining their situations, we made them visible. We built their worlds at half scale, turning the feeling of having outgrown your job into something you could instantly see: grown-ups who had quite literally reached their ceiling.

Everything was designed around that one visual idea. From the sets and props to camera angles and performance, each world was made just a little too small for its character.
The result: three playful films about a very real feeling — knowing there’s more room to grow, just not where you are right now.
From sketch to small-scale reality.
Ideas were drawn, modelled in 3D, tested and refined before the sets were built by hand. A process of thinking, making, adjusting and making again — until the metaphor became something you could actually walk into.
Testing just how awkward a half-sized world can get.
